The TIG EPS panel insulation concept comprises following main components: prefabricated expanded polystyrene panels, spray and injection Polyurethane foam, a joint system, fixation arrangement to tank surface and tank leakage drainpipes to drip tray which all serves as a secondary barrier to protect the steel hull in case of small tank leakages.
